Our 2024 home pilots celebrated in Süddeutsche Zeitung

I didn’t think it would be this nice.

That’s what “Mrs Smith” said after spending three days with Robody in her home, back in March — and her reaction truly captured what we set out to achieve!

In a recent feature in Süddeutsche Zeitung, our CEO Rafael Hostettler and CTO Alona Kharchenko shared the story of our pilot in Pirmasens with Diakoniezentrum Pirmasens and Charité Berlin. From fetching a bottle of water to reading a local newspaper together, we brought her companionship, comfort and support through Robody. And yes, she even knitted a pair of socks for Robody, a beautiful reminder that care is human — even if it comes through a robotic avatar.
